Burnout to Breakthrough: 
My Journey as a Corporate Athlete 3

I spent over 20 years in leadership roles, managing global teams, leading through acquisitions, and checking all the success boxes. But somewhere along the way, I stopped checking in with myself.

Like many women leaders, I was constantly in performance mode—until a health scare forced me to stop. That moment became the turning point.

I realized that I’d mastered managing my time my time and while I thought I was managing my energy too, I realized I was pushing myself to a breaking point. I was realizing that society's definition was very different from my own.

From that realization, Arosa was born—a space to support women in leading with clarity, alignment, and energy.

Today, I teach what I’ve learned through experience and certification: sustainable leadership starts inside. And it doesn't have to cost you your health.
